Naruto Uzumaki was born on the night the Nine-Tailed Fox tore through the Hidden Leaf, and his father stopped it by sealing the fox inside him. The village survived, then spent a decade treating the baby as the thing it had been saved from. He grew up loud, alone and desperate to be looked at, which is why his first act on screen is vandalising the monument to the village's leaders. Bad attention beats none.
The plan he announces early is to become Hokage, head of the village that cannot stand him. It reads as a joke and the series treats it as an argument. Most of the fights he wins are won by refusing to write his opponent off, including several people who have recently tried to kill him. Seven hundred chapters later the village hands him the hat, which is either sentimental or the whole point.
Masashi Kishimoto ran the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1999 to 2014, and the anime with Shippuden carried it past 700 episodes. The name is a small joke at the character's expense. Naruto is the pink-swirled fish cake that floats in a bowl of ramen, and ramen is what he orders in almost every scene where anybody lets him sit down.
Spelling NARUTO
NARUTO is six letters, and the game wants the given name rather than UZUMAKI. Vowels carry the row, three of them alternating with consonants, so one confirmed position usually unlocks the rest. The middle pair is where guesses slip: it is RU and not RO, which is the swap most people make when typing it from memory.
