Touka Kirishima works at Anteiku, the coffee shop that shelters ghouls willing to live carefully, and she attends high school with human classmates she keeps at a fixed distance. Both halves are real. She wants an ordinary life badly enough to study for it, and she has killed people, and the manga does not offer to reconcile those facts for her.
Her kagune is ukaku, emerging from the shoulder as a single wing of crystallised blood that she fires as a spray of shards. It is fast, it is loud, and it burns through her stamina quickly, so her fights are decided early or not in her favour. She is the one who teaches Kaneki how to fight, mostly by hitting him until he stops apologising.
The cruellest detail is the food. Touka eats human meals in front of classmates to keep the act going, then throws up afterwards, every time, because her body cannot take it. Ishida uses that one habit to carry the whole cost of passing. Her younger brother went the other way and joined the ghouls who fight back, which gives the family scenes a permanent edge.
Spelling TOUKA
TOUKA keeps its U, which is the opposite of what this game usually does. English normally flattens long vowels, turning Toukyou into Tokyo, but the official spelling writes the OU out in full. So the row is TOUKA, five letters, and TOKA will not fill it. The family name is Kirishima; the given name is what goes on the tiles.
