Kisuke Urahara runs a shabby corner shop in Karakura Town, wears clogs and a green-and-white bucket hat, and hides behind a fan whenever a conversation gets specific. He is also the exiled founder of the Soul Society's research and development bureau, thrown out of the Seireitei over an incident he did not cause, and he has spent a century since then getting ready for the person who did.
Nearly every advantage the heroes hold traces back to his workbench. He is the one who puts Ichigo through the training that produces a bankai in three days, the one who built the gigai Rukia hides in, and the one who has already installed whatever contraption the current crisis requires. His information always arrives late and always turns out to have been complete.
The tone is the joke. He explains catastrophic news in a sing-song voice, drops the register for about a sentence when it matters, then goes straight back to selling candy. Tite Kubo uses him to hold half the series' backstory without ever letting a scene stop for exposition.
Spelling URAHARA
URAHARA is seven letters, the family name, and the given name Kisuke is not what the tiles want. The shape is the gift here: A sits in positions three, five and seven, so the word is a U and an R and then rahara. Once you place any two of those A's the rest collapses. The kanji 浦原 means something like bay and field.
