Natsu Dragneel was raised by a dragon called Igneel, who taught him to speak, to read, and to use fire dragon slayer magic, then disappeared on the seventh of July in the year 777. Natsu has been looking ever since. Dragon slayer magic lets him produce flame from his body and, more usefully, eat it, so any fire mage who attacks him is handing over a meal.
The motion sickness is the counterweight. Put him on a train, a boat, a cart or a flying ship and he collapses, green and useless, until somebody drags him off it. The joke is aimed squarely at a character who is otherwise close to impossible to stop, and the series never lets him grow out of it. Happy carrying him through the air is the only reliable workaround anyone has found.
Hiro Mashima drew him as the loud centre of a guild that argues constantly and closes ranks instantly. His fights are usually won by an escalating refusal to fall down rather than by tactics, and the property damage is a running gag with the guild's repair bills as the punchline. Fairy Tail ran for sixty three volumes and Natsu is on the cover of most of them.
Spelling NATSU
NATSU is five letters for four sounds, since the つ at the end needs three of them in English. The game wants the given name, not Dragneel. The word means summer, written 夏. The pair to watch is the TS in the middle: that is one kana rather than a T followed by a separate S, so do not go hunting for a vowel between them.
