Himiko Toga can take another person's exact appearance, and the price of admission is a mouthful of their blood, which she carries around in a canister for later. Everything about her presentation is built to disarm, from the uniform to the loose buns to the permanent grin, and the series uses that gap on purpose. She is the villain who looks most like the students fighting her.
Her stated motive is love, in a definition nobody else in the story shares. She wants to become the people she loves, which to her is the same act as loving them, and she cannot follow why this makes everyone flinch. My Hero Academia is unusually interested in the fact that she was a child with an appetite the world had no place for, and no adult willing to sit with her about it.
In a fight she works close and fast with knives rather than the quirk, since the transformation is for getting into places rather than for winning them. Kohei Horikoshi introduced her with the League of Villains early in the run, and by the war arcs she is one of the few villains the story bothers to give a genuine interior life.
Spelling TOGA
Four letters, TOGA, the family name; her given name is Himiko. It helpfully collides with an English word, the Roman garment, so most players type it without pausing once the T lands. Two beats, to-ga, no long vowel and nothing doubled. The one hazard is reversing the vowels into TAGO, which happens more often than you would expect on a four-tile row.
